BabyGuard was born from this frustration. We believe that access to clear, medically-backed safety information shouldn't be a luxury – it should be instant, accurate, and available to every mother, everywhere.

Our mission is simple: to give every expecting mother the confidence to make informed decisions by putting the world's most comprehensive pregnancy safety database in the palm of her hand.

Our Story

It started with a simple question: "Is this face cream safe?" Sarah, our co-founder, was 8 months pregnant and standing in the pharmacy aisle, holding a tube of moisturizer with a 20-ingredient list that might as well have been written in a foreign language.

After spending 45 minutes googling each ingredient on her phone – and getting conflicting information from different sources – she realized there had to be a better way. That night, she called her husband Mark, a software engineer, with an idea: "What if we could scan any product and instantly know if it's safe?"

Six months later, BabyGuard was born. What started as a personal frustration became a mission to help millions of mothers worldwide navigate pregnancy with confidence.
